According to researchers with Harvard Medical School women who drink two to four beers a week cut the risk of arthritis by 31 percent compared to women who never drink.

A Finnish study published in the journal Neurology found that people who were highly cynical are more likely to develop dementia. Those who strongly agree with statements as “I think most people will lie to get ahead” were 3-times more likely to develop dementia than more trusting types.
